In addition, Glufosinate-p, instead of glyphosate, can also reduce the input of 50% ineffective substance to the environment, which is more environmentally friendly and more in line with the national policy guidance of reducing fertilizer use and increasing efficiency. Glufosinate-p is not only safer, better in water solubility, stable in structure, but also twice the herbicidal activity of glyphosate and four times that of glyphosate.
Registration and process
In October and November 2014, Meiji Fruit Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. became the first company to register Glufosinate-p technical drug and preparation in China. On April 17, 2015, Zhejiang Yongnong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was approved to register the second Glufosinate-p technical drug in China. In 2020, Lear Chemical Co., Ltd. will become the third enterprise to register Glufosinate-p technical drug in China, and obtain the SL registration certificate of 10% Glufosinate-p ammonium salt, which will start the application of Glufosinate-p in the domestic market.
At present, major domestic manufacturers include Yongnong Bio, Lear, Qizhou Green, Shandong Yisheng, Shandong Lvba, etc., and Hebei Weiyuan and Jiamusi Heilong are also conducting pilot tests.
After years of research, the production technology of fine ammonium phosphate has developed to the third generation. The newly built L-ammonium phosphate production line introduced at the beginning of the article adopts the third generation technology. At present, the mainstream process of Glufosinate-p is mainly divided into chemical synthesis and bio optical structure transformation, and each has its own advantages according to the market changes. China has been in the forefront of the world in the research, development, production and application of Glufosinate-p, especially the production process of Glufosinate-p relying on synthetic biology technology. With the maturity of independent R&D technology and large-scale production of relevant enterprises, Glufosinate-p will certainly become a new development force in the future market of herbicides.
Common compound
(1) The combination of Glufosinate-p and Dicamba has a good synergistic and synergistic effect, which can be effectively used for the control of perennial tolerant plants, older weeds, etc., effectively improve the control range of Glufosinate-p and Dicamba, and significantly extend the duration.
(2) Glufosinate-p mixed with glyphosate can be used to control perennial grass weeds, broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds. Through the combination of multiple active ingredients, the control efficiency of perennial weeds can be improved, the quick effect of medicament can be improved, the spectrum of weed killing can be expanded, and the dosage of medicament can be reduced.
(3) Glufosinate-p mixed with one or more sulfonylurea herbicides can be used to control grass weeds, broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds. At present, the application of glyphosate is mainly concentrated in rape, soybean, fruits and vegetables and other fields.
